We are an organic farm to table restaurant.

Our kitchen adheres to a local mandate with modern flourishes while also paying homage to more casual fare. Our menus change with the seasons and weather. An a la carte menu, tasting menu, vegan tasting menu & family meal is offered. We are excited to share what can be done with our local bounty while contributing to more sustainable agriculture, fishing and foraging practices.  

OLO means hungry in chinook jargon which was a pidgin language used by european, first nation, & asian  traders  in the cascade region.
